Is it safe to shop from your site?

We are operating in line with advice from the World Health Organisation and the local authorities. As advised by Royal Mail - "Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water."

As we are a small business it has been easy for us to move all our operation to home and make sure myself (Prema) and my Wife Yama follow very strict hygiene standards. We pretty much live in isolation in the countryside.

Will I still receive my order?

YES.   ALL POSTAL SERVICES ARE STILL RUNNING

Even though countries have closed their borders and have isolation practices in place. These relate to the movement of people not goods. We continue to provide a service to all countries however delays are expected due to the countries authorities applying special orders e.g. quarantine; or special measures being implemented by the local postal/delivery service to minimise the spread of the virus.

What about the delivery of my purchase?

For Standard delivery this will be as normal.

Signing for items?

In order to protect both our shipping partners and customers as much as possible, our shipper will not be handing over hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. Postmen and women will instead log the name of the person accepting the item. This will apply to all deliveries that require a signature.
